Rosalie (Combo Tested) Domestic Shorthair Kitten Female in Marietta, Ohio

My story
Rosalie is an adorable female kitten who was brought to the HSOV on November 6, 2022 along with her sister (Alice) after they were found fending for themselves at the Marietta College Campus. These little girls were estimated to have been 6-weeks old at that time and weighed just 1.2 lbs. Both Alice and Rosalie had eye infections and desperately needed attention (both socially and medically).

Rosalie has a brown tabby short smooth coat with white highlights on her chest/neck, a long ringed tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, a splash of white on her muzzle, a brown velvet nose, and long white whiskers.

Rosalie was given vaccinations and Pyrantel wormer on November 7, 2022. She has received booster vaccines on December 1- and December 27, 2022.

She was combo tested on January 3, 2023 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.

Rosalie and her sister Alice have been kept together since the day they arrived and depend upon each other for comfort/security, so we'd love to see them find a home together. Both girls are still working on their social skills, and they love to romp/play with each other. They have received medications/antibiotics for their eye issues are looking great thanks to our amazing HSOV feline kennel techs.

Rosalie will be spayed in the near future and will soon be looking for a loving home either through adoption or rescue.

Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email ( We can usually help with transportation.
