Annie (Spayed/Combo Tested) Calico Adult Female in Marietta, Ohio

My story
Annie is a beautiful 2-year old female Calico kitty who was brought to the HSOV on November 11, 2022 by a Good Samaritan who had befriended Annie after she was found on Lancaster Street in Marietta Ohio.

Annie had apparently injured (perhaps hit by an object/automobile), so she was immediately taken to one of our wonderful local veterinarians who prescribed pain medications for possible inflammation and recommended that she be given 'rest and relaxation'.

Annie was loving her soft leopard-printed blankets when we took these photos on November 12th and was obviously following doctor's orders.

Annie has a black/orange/white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a beautifully-marked face with a large black stripe on her muzzle/forehead, a black nose, and long 'up-turned' white whiskers.

Annie appears to have a sweet, rather demure, disposition and a friendly, easygoing personality.

The Good Samaritan who found her noted that Annie is litterbox trained and is good with children and also with other animals (not sure if that includes dogs as well as cats).

Annie was given vaccinations, flea treatment and wormer on November 11, 2022.

She was also combo tested and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.

Annie weighs 7 lbs.

Annie will be spayed in the near future and will be looking for a loving home either through adoption or rescue.

Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net).

We can usually help with transportation.

UPDATE: Annie was spayed on December 13, 2022 and was also given rabies vaccine.

She weighed 7.1 lbs that day.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Annie (Spayed/Combo Tested), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
